Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights for client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll accuracy
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
