Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee the client team
• Manage the client accounting process to ensure insightful financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights for business owners while coaching management on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite are a plus
