Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and manage the client accounting process
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and lead client meetings to provide insights
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, manage cash flow, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Proven track record in revamping accounting and finance processes
• Exceptional financial modeling skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
