Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounting processes and ensure delivery of insightful financial reporting
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage
• Manage compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations while evolving internal accounting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
