Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights are delivered
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll accuracy
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial modeling skills
