Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses, ensuring value and insights are delivered
• Oversee financial processes, including monthly financial close and KPI management
• Manage client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience in a Controller to Director of Finance role in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
