Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights for client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance functions
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and compliance with GAAP
• Manage client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
