Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights are provided
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach client management on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firm(s)
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience required; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
