Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and lead client meetings providing insights and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting and sales tax liability management
