• 10+ years of experience in senior financial management roles, preferably in hospitality or real estate
• Expertise in USALI and GAAP reporting requirements for the hotel industry
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
