Job Summary

Leading financial strategy and operations, the full-time salaried Finance and Accounting Director will develop annual budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance while managing finance teams and communicating with key stakeholders in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual operating budget and business plans aligned with strategic goals
• Lead finance and accounting teams, ensuring accountability and effective communication of financial concepts
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide analytical support for cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and auditing processes
• Proficiency in managing financial data and market trends analysis
