Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives, the full-time salaried Finance and Accounting Director will drive measurable financial improvements and oversee supplier relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across finance and accounting to drive savings and operational improvements
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including proposals, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
• Support client consulting engagements focused on accounts payable, treasury, and payment processes

Required qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required
• Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
• Strong financial acumen with analytical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations preferred
