Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager-Project Business Development and Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project financial and accounting administration, including budget creation and management
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and donor requirements
• Support business development by creating cost and pricing proposals for new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in financial grant management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Intermediate knowledge of federal regulations and accounting principles
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools
• Solid experience in budget development, accounts payable and receivable, and project reporting
