Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager-Country Office and Project Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance operations, including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP and donor regulations
• Oversee project budgets, prepare invoices, and investigate variances, providing monthly reports to management
• Collaborate with staff to train on finance procedures and support audit activities to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200
• Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances, including financial reporting to donors
• Experience with financial software such as Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and QuickBooks is a plus
