Finance and Accounting Student

Job Summary

Supporting the finance function in a hybrid part-time capacity, the Working Student Finance & Accounting will assist with bookkeeping, collections, and financial analysis while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and invoicing in Xero across group entities
• Support the collections process by monitoring outstanding invoices and ensuring timely customer billing
• Help prepare financial analyses and internal reporting for business planning

Required qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related degree program at a university in Vienna
• Physically located in Austria and not currently on exchange outside of the country
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to commit to the role for at least 4 months, ideally 6-12 months
