Job Summary

A company is looking for an AdOps Specialist - Finance & Advertising Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial and contractual data within internal systems
• Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth invoice processing
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining clear communication with clients and media suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level profile with relevant internship or 2-3 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong numerical aptitude
• Bilingual in English and French
