Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial operations, including monthly close processes, payroll, and cash flow management
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring compliance and effective collections
  • Manage HR administration and compliance, serving as the primary liaison to the PEO for benefit changes and onboarding


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of nonprofit or association accounting experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Experience with automated accounting systems (Intacct preferred) and Microsoft Office required
  • RAMP experience preferred
