Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Finance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end/year-end close
  • Serve as the primary finance operator within RPA's infrastructure, ensuring compliance and alignment with processes
  • Partner with the Development team for revenue forecasting and ensure timely funder reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations
  • Experience managing finance and administrative operations in a mission-driven organization
  • Comfort operating within externally-defined finance infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity in system design and application
