Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Finance & Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end/year-end close
- Serve as the primary finance operator within RPA's infrastructure, ensuring compliance and alignment with processes
- Partner with the Development team for revenue forecasting and ensure timely funder reporting
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations
- Experience managing finance and administrative operations in a mission-driven organization
- Comfort operating within externally-defined finance infrastructure
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated commitment to equity in system design and application
