Finance and Administration VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting, including budget development and monitoring
• Oversee technology and operations, ensuring efficient IT systems and business operations
• Supervise Finance, Technology, and Operations teams, providing leadership and strategic direction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial role
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit finance regulations
• Experience with Quickbooks Online; ERP and Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong interest in the mission and goals of the organization
