Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support financial and administrative operations for a project in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including organizing meetings and managing office supplies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in an NGO or development project environment
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and audit procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Uzbek is an advantage
