Finance and Business Operations Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance and Biz Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies and lead financial planning and analysis
• Oversee Business Operations team and implement key performance indicators to track business performance
• Lead, mentor, and scale Finance & BizOps teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, business operations, or corporate strategy in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and corporate finance
• Proven track record of leading Finance & BizOps teams and partnering with executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Experience in fundraising, M&A, and managing investor relations is a plus
