Finance and Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close processes and prepare financial reports while ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborate on company-wide initiatives and assist in developing operational policies and processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and manage workflows to support scalable growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in finance, public accounting, consulting, or business operations
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience with ERP and FP&A products, or HRIS systems is a plus
• CPA or CPA-eligible background is strongly desired
