Finance and Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the finance team in project finance transactions, the full-time Finance and Capital Markets Analyst will create and manage complex financial models, assist in due diligence, and collaborate with external financing parties for battery storage projects, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of debt and tax equity financing transactions, including preparation of marketing materials and financial modeling
• Own project financial models throughout the project lifecycle, including development, construction, and operations
• Analyze macroeconomic and ISO-level trends to assess their impact on the company's portfolio viability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of project finance transaction experience or completion of a financial modeling course
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in project financial modeling
• Experience in energy storage, renewables, or gas is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
