Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate - Finance and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update organizational insurance policies and coordinate renewals and claims
- Support compliance with statutory and donor reporting obligations and assist in audit preparations
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration, preferably in an NGO or nonprofit context
- Working knowledge of payroll and compliance in both the U.S. and Kenya
- Experience managing insurance policies and contracts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high ethical standards
