Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate - Finance and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update organizational insurance policies and coordinate renewals and claims
  • Support compliance with statutory and donor reporting obligations and assist in audit preparations
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration, preferably in an NGO or nonprofit context
  • Working knowledge of payroll and compliance in both the U.S. and Kenya
  • Experience managing insurance policies and contracts
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high ethical standards
