Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate - Finance and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance policies, ensuring compliance and coordination with brokers
- Support compliance with statutory and donor reporting obligations and maintain documentation for audits
- Administer payroll processes for the U.S. and Kenya, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration, preferably in a cross-country NGO or nonprofit
- Working knowledge of payroll and compliance in the U.S. and Kenya, or willingness to learn
- Experience managing insurance policies and contracts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high ethical standards
