Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate - Finance and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage insurance policies, ensuring compliance and coordination with brokers
  • Support compliance with statutory and donor reporting obligations and maintain documentation for audits
  • Administer payroll processes for the U.S. and Kenya, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration, preferably in a cross-country NGO or nonprofit
  • Working knowledge of payroll and compliance in the U.S. and Kenya, or willingness to learn
  • Experience managing insurance policies and contracts
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high ethical standards
