Finance and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance and Compliance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with campaign finance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage spending across various organizational entities
• Collaborate with compliance teams to manage electoral spending and reporting
• Manage client education materials and serve as a liaison between clients and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, campaign finance, or political compliance
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local campaign finance laws
• Experience with various political entity types (C3, C4, 527, PACs)
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and explain financial reports
• Previous operations or compliance experience in a multi-entity political organization
