Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance & Contracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, vendor reimbursements, and financial reporting
- Administer and maintain federal government contracts ensuring compliance and monitoring performance
- Assist with proposal support, including maintaining the proposal pipeline and tracking deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, administrative support, or proposal pricing support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek Cost Point is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
