Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing, vendor reimbursements, and financial reporting
  • Administer and maintain federal government contracts ensuring compliance and monitoring performance
  • Assist with proposal support, including maintaining the proposal pipeline and tracking deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, administrative support, or proposal pricing support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek Cost Point is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
