Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance and Grants Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the financial point of contact for assigned grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with funder requirements
  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while tracking expenditures for grant-related activities
  • Coordinate with program teams on invoicing and maintain accurate grant financial records
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grants or financial administration, preferably with federal or foreign government grants
  • Strong understanding of grant compliance and experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
  • Proficiency with accounting and grants management software
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or managing multi-year, restricted grants is preferred
