Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance & Grants Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of federal, state, and foundation grants, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Partner with program teams to develop and monitor grant budgets and financial performance
- Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and preparing financial analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in grants finance or nonprofit finance
- Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and grant compliance
- Experience managing or supporting federal and/or state grants
- Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
