Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance & Grants Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of federal, state, and foundation grants, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Partner with program teams to develop and monitor grant budgets and financial performance
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and preparing financial analyses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in grants finance or nonprofit finance
  • Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and grant compliance
  • Experience managing or supporting federal and/or state grants
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
