Finance and Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Analyst who can manage financial reporting and accounting operations while supporting finance processes in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
• Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while streamlining finance processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in startup environments
• Strong understanding of cash basis and GAAP basis accounting
• Hands-on experience managing AR/AP processes
• Experience preparing reports for leadership and external stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills with moderate financial modeling familiarity
