Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to support financial planning and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across business units
  • Prepare budgets and own monthly consolidated financials and management reporting
  • Ensure statutory, financial, and operational compliance while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years in finance, accounting, consulting, or business roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Operations, Economics, or related field
  • Strong technical proficiency with web-based and cloud applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workloads independently
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, AR/AP, Rev Rec, payroll, and compliance
