Finance and Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to support their growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and inventory planning to ensure timely availability of parts for machine builds
• Support cost accounting by reconciling inventory and calculating Cost of Goods Sold
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of foundational accounting concepts
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience managing purchase orders and vendor relationships
