Finance and Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to provide strategic guidance and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and bookkeeping compliance
• Maintain internal systems and support staff with technology tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations for movement-building organizations
• Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including various nonprofit structures
• Relevant accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting experience with organizations having an operating budget of at least $1 million
• Experience with tools such as Bill.com, Asana, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills
