Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to provide strategic guidance and oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and bookkeeping compliance
- Maintain internal systems and support staff with technology tools, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations for movement-building organizations
- Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including various nonprofit structures
- Relevant accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting experience with organizations having an operating budget of at least $1 million
- Experience with tools such as Bill.com, Asana, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills
