Finance and Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Finance and Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage financial workflows, assist with accounting and compliance, and support operational processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-of-month close process, including reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Lead project cost accounting and revenue recognition activities to ensure financial accuracy
• Partner across finance, legal, and contracting to establish scalable processes and support daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles
• Working familiarity with month-end close, revenue recognition, and cost accounting concepts
• Experience with Bill.com, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
