Job Summary

Seeking an organized individual, the remote Finance and Operations Officer will manage daily finance, operations, and campaign logistics, focusing on financial management, human resources support, and organizational administration for a global advocacy organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing across multiple countries
• Provide procurement and financial operations support for campaigns and programs, ensuring effective vendor management and expense reconciliation
• Support recruitment administration, travel arrangements, and contribute to a positive team culture

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in non-profit management, accounting, finance, or campaign logistics
• Proven project management skills with a detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience handling confidential information and working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferred experience in multi-country operations and grant financial administration
