Job Summary
Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time remote Finance and Operations Specialist will manage core financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and contract administration, while improving systems and processes for a growing client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly client invoicing and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining client relationships
- Generate and administer client contracts, ensuring compliance and tracking renewal dates
- Document finance and operational processes, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance operations, or business operations
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and invoicing processes
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with bookkeeping fundamentals, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
