Finance and Operations Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop scalable financial and operational frameworks, design efficient workflows, and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications:

• 10 years of professional finance and operations experience, ideally in social impact or philanthropy
• Finance/accounting qualification preferred
• Fluency in accounting software and Salesforce, and knowledge of database management
• Experience managing financial audits and presenting financials to a Board of Directors
• Experience overseeing HR, IT, and related functions
