Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Payroll Specialist to manage financial operations and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payrolls and manage compliance with payroll regulations
  • Oversee accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and managing payments
  • Support accounts receivable by monitoring client invoicing and reconciling transactions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance operations
  • Proficiency with Gusto, QuickBooks Online, and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-state payroll is preferred
  • Familiarity with logistics or trucking operations is a plus
