Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance & Payroll Specialist to manage financial operations and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payrolls and manage compliance with payroll regulations
- Oversee accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and managing payments
- Support accounts receivable by monitoring client invoicing and reconciling transactions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance operations
- Proficiency with Gusto, QuickBooks Online, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-state payroll is preferred
- Familiarity with logistics or trucking operations is a plus
