Finance and Special Projects Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Finance and Special Projects Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process and monitor budget performance
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
• Create financial dashboards and drive operational excellence within the Finance function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity with a healthcare focus
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in strategic finance or FP&A at a healthcare-services focused organization is preferred
• MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree is preferred
