Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Finance and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis
- Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present business reviews to align stakeholders on business performance and OKR progress
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
- SQL knowledge with R and/or Python experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to drive them to completion
