Finance and Strategy Director

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic finance leader, the full-time Finance and Strategy Director will partner with GTM executives to translate business strategy into financial plans, lead annual planning and forecasting, and deliver actionable insights, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and driver-based financial models across GTM
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and improve finance processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategic business decisions
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Experience building scalable finance processes and enhancing operational efficiency through automation
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics, including ARR, NRR, and CAC
