Finance and Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance and Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hardware spend and provide financial insights to inform strategic decisions
• Lead monthly/quarterly close and forecasting for Supply Chain Operations, including budget vs. actuals and variance analysis
• Define and monitor KPIs/dashboards for hardware unit economics and cash flow, highlighting risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance, ideally supporting Supply Chain or hardware teams
• Demonstrated ownership of cash flow / COGS forecasting and variance analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional finance process improvements with Accounting and Operations
• Advanced financial modeling/forecasting skills in Excel or Google Sheets
