Finance and Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance & Tax to lead financial management and tax governance for its Spanish entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function for the Spanish CASP entity
• Manage accounting operations and ensure timely preparation of financial statements
• Develop and maintain regulatory capital monitoring dashboards and ensure compliance with tax obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, Chartered Accountant)
• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within regulated financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of financial governance and understanding of MiCA regulatory framework
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing fintech or crypto environment
