Finance Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and track service requests and incidents using the team's ticketing system
• Support Aderant end-users by evaluating their workflows and managing the user experience
• Create and maintain documentation such as user guides and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred
• Previous experience with the Aderant Expert Financial Management System is preferred
• Experience in quality assurance testing of financial applications solutions
