Finance Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Assistant to support the Defence Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in accurately capturing and allocating revenues and costs
• Manage Subcontractor Purchase Orders and resolve invoice queries
• Undertake nominal ledger tasks and support the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts

Required Qualifications and Education

• Currently studying towards AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualification
• Experience using a finance system or ERP package
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Experience in financial controls
