Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in hospital and health system operational and financial drivers of net revenue
• Assist in the net revenue month-end close process for core clients
• Deliver results to clients and coach less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in a consulting organization or hospital and health system environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting required
• Familiarity with complex financial data and analytical skills
• Baseline understanding of cash versus accrual basis of accounting
• Understanding of the interaction between balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
