Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Finance & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and assist with MD&A narratives
• Manage M&A pipeline and support outreach efforts to potential targets
• Support end-to-end M&A execution, including sourcing and post-close planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development, or M&A required
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in financial modeling
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a collaborative, team-first approach
• Ability to multitask and function well in a high-paced environment
