Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Renewals Associate (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, including processing invoices and monitoring payments
• Track and manage the renewals pipeline, ensuring a seamless renewal process for contracts
• Engage with customers to discuss contract terms and maintain strong relationships for retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance operations, Renewals, Billing, or Sales Operations (SaaS or subscription business preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, or Quickbooks is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
