Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Finance Associate to manage billing and collections operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing processes and coordinate with Client Services teams
- Examine accounting records for accuracy and assist with month-end and year-end reports
- Review outstanding receivables and follow up with clients on overdue accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or a finance-related field
- Experience with data entry and financial record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce software is a plus
