Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Finance Associate to manage billing and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing processes and coordinate with Client Services teams
  • Examine accounting records for accuracy and assist with month-end and year-end reports
  • Review outstanding receivables and follow up with clients on overdue accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or a finance-related field
  • Experience with data entry and financial record keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce software is a plus
