Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Associate who will manage financial reporting and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and forecasts, providing monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare and issue invoices, track their status, and assist with collections
• Enter and review bank deposits, perform reconciliations, and report on cash position

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or data-intensive operations
• Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and improve processes through automation
• Demonstrated ability to use accounting software and related tools effectively
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
